Directive Principles of State Policy (Part IV, Articles 36-51):
- Concept: Guidelines and fundamental principles borrowed from the Irish Constitution to guide the State in policymaking and law-making.
- Objective: Establish a Welfare State and promote socio-economic democracy in India.
- Non-Justiciable: Cannot be enforced directly by courts, but are fundamental in governance.
