What is the procedure for Constitutional Amendment under Article 368?

Constitutional Amendment Procedure (Article 368, Part XX):

• Initiation: Bill can be introduced in either House of Parliament (not in state legislatures) by a Minister or private member.
• Majority Required: Must be passed in each House by a special majority (majority of total membership & 2/3rd members present and voting).
• Federal Provisions: Amendments affecting federal structure also require ratification by at least half of state legislatures by simple majority.
