- Nuclear Fission: Process in which a heavy nucleus (U-235) splits into smaller nuclei upon neutron bombardment, releasing huge energy (Atom Bomb, Nuclear Reactor).
- Nuclear Fusion: Process in which two light nuclei (Hydrogen isotopes) combine at extreme temperature/pressure to form a heavier nucleus (Helium), releasing higher energy (Sun/Stars, Hydrogen Bomb).
- Waste: Fission produces radioactive waste; Fusion produces clean helium byproduct.
